Side Activities

The city tour of Kavala will focus on the neoclassical buildings on Kyprou Street and the tobacco warehouses at Kapnergati Square, St. Nicholas Church and the Apostle Paul's Tribune, the aqueduct, the Imaret, and the house-museum of Mehmet Ali, the Church of the Dormition of the Virgin Mary, the Byzantine basilica/temple of Halil Bey. The tour will conclude with a walk along the path under the lighthouse towards the harbor.
